Free Inquiry – Fresh Air

For my free inquiry, I decided to look into how the outdoors helps destress from a busy life.

I have moved around and explored so many places throughout the world, this being said, the moving around part has always been stressful. Having a busy schedule while also trying to maintain a healthy mental/physical lifestyle is very tough; many people start to get anxious when they can’t keep up with their goals. This inquiry will help people in the same boat as me!

Getting outside is easy to pencil into a busy schedule and happens to have a strong effect on a healthy lifestyle (even for 15 minutes a day). I find the outdoors to be peaceful and meditating which allows for a much needed break from our online school.

During this inquiry, I hope to share all my new adventures with everyone (including maps and directions to get there) so others can utilize the Great Outdoors!
